When you book your wedding or special event at Webster Golf Club, you will have the pleasure of working with one of our experienced coordinators who will guide you in the planning and execution of your wedding or special celebration. Their focus will be to attend to every detail throughout the full event experience. From touring the venue, meeting with you to discuss the details of your event, to executing your event the day of, we are here for you every step of the way.
Ashley Kohl
Lead Wedding and Event Coordinator
My name is Ashley Kohl, and as the Lead Wedding and Event Coordinator at Webster Golf Club, I’m passionate about creating seamless, memorable experiences for every guest. I take pride in getting to know each couple and client personally, ensuring their event reflects their unique style and vision — from intimate weddings to lively banquets and elegant brunches.
With a background in organization and design, I love bringing ideas to life and seeing every detail come together perfectly. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, experimenting with new recipes, and planning my next travel adventure.
Nicole Arseneau

My name is Nicole Arseneau and I have been part of the WGC for 10 years. I have a passion for entertaining and bringing people together. I take pride in helping people make their visions come to life, from the smallest detail to the grand. Having a family of my own, I understand how important special events are. Each moment should be enjoyed because the best parties makes beautiful memories.
Traci LaClair
Event Manager
Hi everyone! My name is Traci LaClair
and I’ve been part of the Webster Golf Club family for over 20 years. I started as a server and moved into managing events along the way. It’s a top priority to make sure you and your guests have a wonderful time. A little secret is that I am also a wedding officiant! There is so much joy in being part of that exact moment when a couple is joined together in marriage. We hope you let us take care of you. I can assure you that you are in great hands at WGC.

Hi. My name is Tina Arcieri, and I've been a part of the Webster Golf Club family for over 4 years. I started as a server and quickly fell in love with the event side of things, which led me to my role as Event Coordinator. I truly enjoy helping people bring their vision to life and creating experiences that are as seamless as they are memorable. As a full-time wife and mom, I understand how meaningful life's special moments are, and I take great pride in helping each guest feel cared for and celebrated. It is such a joy to be part of a team that makes every event at WGC one to remember!
